Spring Mill State Park and Grissom Memorial offers the visitor historic and natural wonders. Activities and facilities include Pioneer Village and Grist Mill, Saddle Barn, Swimming, Boats, Fishing, Hiking Trails, Interpretive Naturalist Service and Picnic Areas.

Cave River Valley – Endless Cave and River Cave - Campbellsburg Visitors will be able to make use of the trails and picnic facilities, and self-guided access to the cave system during the non-hibernation season in order to protect the Indiana bat. Guided trips into Endless Cave and Special programs, outdoor skills workshops, and guided hikes will be offered through Spring Mill State Park Interpretive Service.  Possible programs include outdoor survival skills, wild edibles, spring wildflower hikes, ecology and history tours.  Opening late Spring - Early Summer, 2009 - Check back for updated informtion

Indiana Railway Museum and French Lick Scenic Railway, Come take a ride with us and journey back to the days when the railroad was considered the most luxurious way to travel.  You will ride aboard historic pieces of rail equipment on a 2 hour, 20 mile round trip, which will take you through portions of the scenic Hoosier National Forest, the 2200 foot Burton Tunnel, and past impressive limestone cuts. April through November.

Stevens Memorial Museum & Genealogical Library, Salem - built in 1970 to preserve community history and heritage. A major expansion was completed in 1995. The beautiful two-and-one-half story brick building is built of native brick from local old historic buildings. The museum features old-time law and dentist offices with hundreds of native historic relics. Many Civil War mementos are included along with tools, agriculture tools and items, beautiful furniture, clothing and other displays. Visitors will find it historically educational and fulfilling in developing an association with the lives of our ancestors. The Stevens Memorial Museum also houses the Washington County Historical Society Genealogy and Historical Library. The Pioneer Village is an extension of the Stevens Memorial Museum and has been reconstructed as a "living village" during the 1840's era.    

The Depot – Railroad Museum, Salem - The stuff of dreams, now realized in one of the most modern, up-to-date railroad museums, The Depot transforms the great moments of a past era of Monon history into a reality to be remembered and enjoyed by countless visitors — those who remember they were once kids, and those who have the spark of adventure and intrigue that says they still are. 
 
Salem Speedway - Racing, just 9 miles east of Campbellsburg on S.R. 56. Salem is home to auto racing's "World's Fastest Half Mile." Salem Speedway is .55 mile, 33-degre banked asphalt oval. Racers are santioned by USAC, ARCA, ASA, Midwest, and IMCA. Super Stock and Street Stock.

Becks Mill,  Using just a water wheel and a turbine to propel the grinding stones, this mill was in operation until 1914, when modern roller mill operations and the urbanization of flour mills made it obsolete. The original mill, a log structure just 15 feet square, was replaced by a larger frame building in 1825, resturation completed in fall of 2008, Hours of operation, Fridays and Saturdays, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.
